The new ARRIS AGER is a meat maturation refrigerator that can control humidity from 50% - 85% and temperature from 0°C to 10°C via a digital control that allows you to have all the values of the equipment at your fingertips and manage your maturation planning. Get the most out of each piece of meat and offer your customer the opportunity to enjoy extremely tender and flavorful meat thanks to the simple but efficient maturation program. The maturation action of the ARRIS AGER uses our Himalayan salt blocks that allow you to lower the moisture content by up to 35 percent. This can be freely managed by the user in quantity and type to give his or her own customization to the ripening process thus leaving your creativity free.
